Our Exterior Painting Process

1. Detailed Site Walkthrough & Estimate

We start with a free onsite quote where we inspect your surfaces, answer questions, and provide clear recommendations. You’ll receive a written estimate with no surprises or hidden fees.

2. Thorough Surface Prep (The Most Important Step)

We take exterior prep seriously because it’s what makes paint last. Every home gets the following:

• Pressure Washing – We remove dirt, mildew, flaking paint, and buildup

• Scraping & Sanding – All loose or peeling paint is sanded down for adhesion

• Caulking & Sealing – Gaps, joints, and seams are caulked to prevent moisture intrusion

• Repairs – We patch minor cracks, fix wood rot (as needed), and smooth surfaces

Your home is fully masked and protected before a single drop of paint is applied.

3. Primer Application

On raw or repaired surfaces, we apply a high-bond Sherwin-Williams or Zinsser primer, tailored to the surface type (wood, stucco, or composite).
